Gormet - Romania for the third time worked with Vietnam Manpower on recruiting 3G welders, 10th November, 2018.

Gormet is a mechanical engineering company based in Cluj Napoca, Romania since 2006 with German capital and under German management.They manufacture machine components with unit weights up to 120t. Their process chain covers almost all manufacturing processes such as flame cutting, material preparation, welding, heat treatment, mechanical processing, surface treatment, coating, packaging and transport, from sheet metal to the finished machine component.

Because of the high complexity in production and assembly processes, as well as international technical standards meeting the requirements of the fastidious European markets, Gormet always seek for skillful candidates who are able to produce high quality products. Thanks to Vietnam Manpower Agency, Gormet has found many good welders for their company which helps them to expand their scale of production and cut down on labor expenses at the same time. 

After two time recruiting workers from Vietnam, Gormet so far has more than 100 Vietnamese employees working in Romania. Vietnamese welders' ability has been shown in their high quality final products and helped Gormetto win more aand more projects of international market. This is why Gormet want to cooperate with Vietnam Manpower for the third time to recruit Vietnamese workers who have enough skills, experience and good working attitude.

The 3G-welders test took place in 2 days, each group has 7 candidates and the time allowed for them to complete the test is 20 minutes:
