B.U construct S.R.L is one of the leading companies in Romania specialized in manufacturing and installing structures. The company produces a wide range of metallic garments starting from industrial halls, stainless steel installations for the food industry, agriculture or other areas where a high degree of corrosion resistance is required (sewage treatment plants, etc.), as well as decorations for construction civil or industrial: railings, interior stairs, awnings, gates, fences and other decorations. Having a rich experience in the processing of stainless steel and wrought iron decorations and combinations of glass or wood, depending on customer requirements.
On January, 23rd 2019, Vietnam Manpower warmly welcomed B.U construct S.R.L representatives to take trade test with over 60 potential candidates. On the test day, all candidates gathered on time and dressed neatly in Vietnam Manpower’s uniform and performed very well in the competition.
The skill test took place in a very effective and orderly manner according to the following sections:
- Foreman interviews
- Mig Mag welder test
- Metal worker test
Throughout the recruitment campaign in Vietnam, the company B.U construct S.R.L had received full support from Vietnam Manpower which provided B.U construct S.R.L with not only with fast and convenient recruiting service, professional working style but also with an extremely good quality of the labor source. First, B.U construct S.R.L gave a brief introduction of their company, the field they are working on and the need for labor they have. They also explained the test procedure and the requirements that each position needs to meet.

The representatives chose candidates for the foreman positions with the highest ability to communicate in English, to observe the work and to manage the team.

The candidate focused 100 percent on the competition
In this competition, the task of each candidate need to link two steel pipes together and then transfer it to the mechanic for grinding and polishing. In despite of under the close supervision of the recruiter, employees completed the test well, and the partner company was very pleased with the final result.
- Section 3: Metal worker test
Before the candidates start to cut metal sheets, they were test about their ability of understanding technical drawings, measuring, drilling holes correctly. The test was closely observed by B.U construct S.R.L representative and then the quality was directly checked by him.

The candidate finished off the test and confidently showed up final work.
All candidates passed the skilled test and they wanted to hire them all, add up to 60 workers in total. This result was beyond all our expectation and really good news to all Vietnamese workers here. He hoped that he they will work well together and achieve great success in Romania. Both sides were highly satisfied with the test result. The Romania recruiter was very pleased with Vietnamese workers’ skills and attitude. They also had a strong impression with the way Vietnam Manpower conducted the recruitment day and supported them.
