Another recruitment campaign was successfully implemented by Vietnam Manpower. This time, Al Rawafed Agriculture Company gave Vietnam Manpower credit to seeking out agriculture workers who will work in this leading farm and fresh product supplier in UAE. Al Rawafed Agriculture Company - part of Al Rawafed Holding, has fruit, vegetables, organic and natural products under its belt. Its services include production (growing, packing, sourcing and quality control), and logistic (export, overseas shipping and import, delivery to retailers and stores, packing, special projects and private labels).
Specifically, Al Rawarfed Agriculture Company worked with Vietnam Manpower in recruiting about 150 general farm workers and supervisors. After the rigorous short-listing, Vietnam Manpower chose the appropriate candidates for the interview round on July 28th and 29th, 2015. To find the right manpower for those positions, Vietnam Manpower did its best to optimize the interview process. Representatives of this UAE Company directly interviewed the candidates.
The candidates were present on time at Vietnam Manpower's office for the interview. They were in neat outfit and prepared to ace the interview.
Before entering the interview, they were attentively listening to the company overview, its service, human resource, recruitment demands, workplace and living conditions for successful candidates.
After that, job interviews were conducted. Interviewees seemed nervous at the beginning but then regained their confidence thanks in large part to the friendly interviewers.
Just like general farm worker interviews, foreman interviews proceeded professional and effectively. Interviewers attempted to get candidate’ qualities, strengths and weaknesses, experience, working attitude, and determined who are most appropriate for the positions
