On April18, 2013 After preliminary meetings, Vietnam Manpower has brought Representatives of The El Seif Engineering Contracting Co to visit the facilities, equipmentsand systems of Vocational training schools which belong to Vietnam Manpower in Haiphong and Hanoicity.
