Explain the regulation to workers before participating the trade test
Participating in the trade test includes:
• Workers from difference provinces in Vietnam
• LMK Vietnam Training Department
• Overseas Labor Management Department of LMK Vietnam
• Department of domestic labor management
• Department of Communications and External Affairs
The trade test plan includes:
• Part 1: Explain the regulation to workers before participating the trade test
• Part 2: interview candidates
• Part 3: Trade test Shuttering Carpenter
• Part 4: Trade test Steel fixer
• Part 5: Sign the application for the trade test, receive the exam result
The trade test started from 8:30 a.m. and finished at 11 a.m. on the same day to ensure the correct time and schedule. Shuttering Carpenter and Steel fixer is a specific industry, but due to previous working experience, all wokers recruited by Vietnam Manpower - LMK Vietnam have done it with serious spirit and best efforts to be able to complete the exam before the time set by the Organizing Committee.

After selecting, the workers will be trained by Vietnam Manpower according to a plan from 1 to 2 months at the center to be able to understand the job as well as the regulations in the host country when exiting to meet the requirements by the employer.
