The test consists of two main contents: fitters and welders. 2 test are held with 2 separate test areas, tools and protective gear are fully provided by Vietnam Manpower. Workers perform the test with confidence because they have been trained before at Vietnam Manpower training center. The interview section also had good results when the employees answered questions related to the job and working process.
