TRINET GRUP SRL was found in 2001 in Romania. The company offers to the market a full range of products and services in the field of electrical installations and residential construction. Since its inception, the company has seen a steady growth in its revenue and soon become the leading distributor of large companies not only in Romania but also across Europe.

In this respect, the company has authorized Vietnam Manpower to recruit 80 skilled welders and steel workers for their new project in Romania. Vietnam Manpower has a long history in supplying skilled welders and construction workers for the Middle East and Europe market. Our people are given proper training in one of the most prestigious vocational schools in Vietnam and hunted by large-scale employers.
On the 16th and 17th of August 2017, Trinet Grup's representatives visited Vietnam to take the trade test with shortlisted candidates. Regardless of the inhospitable weather, all the candidates showed up on time at our training center to prepare for the test.

After the test for workers, the representatives carried out an interview to recruit welding and steel foremen. Foremen are the ones who must take charge of Vietnamese team and play the role as a bridge to connect employees and employers. Not surprisingly, the interview was placed under high pressure and strictly assessed to assure the candidates qualified to take the job.
