The interview took place just in time and as planned. About 50 potential candidates in neatly blue colored outfit preparedly turned up at Vietnam Manpower head office (Third Floor, My Dinh Plaza 138 Tran Binh, My Dinh II, South Tu Liem, Hanoi) on May 5th for the recruitment.
The recruitment began with a short presentation about the factory, its services and human resource reimbursement, which was a good chance for the workers to better their grip of the company they expect to join. The comfortable atmosphere, friendly representative and VMST staffs helped out a lot the stressful, nervous candidates. They were more confident to show off their capability
In person interviews by the client’s representative ended up with the right candidates chosen. Generally, the candidates all showed good manner and did their utmost to impress the interviewer with their solid skills and knowledge.
