Vietnam Manpower is proud to continue its long-term partnership with a leading steel structure manufacturing and industrial construction company located in Slătioara, near Slatina City, Olt County, Romania.
The company was one of the first Romanian employers to recruit Vietnamese workers through Vietnam Manpower in 2017. Since then, our cooperation has grown steadily, with Vietnam Manpower continuously supplying skilled Vietnamese technicians and workers to support the company's development.
Over the years, we have witnessed our partner's remarkable growth—from a small workshop in 2017 to a large-scale operation with two factories today. Currently, more than 100 Vietnamese workers are employed at the company's facilities, contributing significantly to its success and expansion.
For many workers, the opportunity to work overseas is not only a chance to increase their income but also an important step toward improving their quality of life, gaining valuable international experience, and creating long-term stability for their families.
Comprehensive Training and Orientation Before Departure
To ensure workers are fully prepared for their overseas employment journey, Vietnam Manpower organized a comprehensive pre-departure training program covering both professional and practical aspects of working abroad.
Throughout the training process, workers received occupational skills training tailored to their specific job positions. Experienced instructors guided them through technical requirements, workplace procedures, and practical skills necessary to meet employer expectations and perform effectively upon arrival.

In addition to professional training, workers also participated in occupational safety courses to strengthen their awareness of workplace health and safety standards. Understanding safety regulations is essential for helping workers protect themselves and maintain high productivity in their new working environment.
A key component of the preparation process was orientation education. During these sessions, workers were introduced to Romanian culture, customs, labor regulations, workplace expectations, and daily living conditions. They also received guidance on communication, professional conduct, and adapting to life in a foreign country. These activities help workers feel more confident and ready for the transition ahead.

Ready for a New Chapter in Romania
After successfully completing all required procedures, documentation, training courses, and orientation programs, the workers officially departed Vietnam and embarked on their journey to Romania.
The atmosphere at the airport was filled with excitement and anticipation as workers prepared to start a new chapter in their lives. Supported by Vietnam Manpower throughout the entire recruitment and preparation process, they left Vietnam with confidence and determination to succeed in their new roles.

Upon arrival in Romania, the workers will begin working for their employer and contribute their skills and dedication to ongoing projects. This opportunity allows them not only to develop professionally but also to achieve their personal goals and provide better financial support for their families back home.
Vietnam Manpower’s Commitment to Worker Success
At Vietnam Manpower, every successful departure represents more than simply sending workers abroad. It reflects our commitment to preparing workers thoroughly, supporting them throughout the recruitment process, and ensuring they are ready to succeed in international workplaces.
Through quality recruitment services, professional training programs, and comprehensive worker support, Vietnam Manpower continues to help Vietnamese workers access valuable employment opportunities around the world.

We congratulate all workers on their successful departure and wish them good health, safety, and great success as they begin their new careers in Romania. Vietnam Manpower remains proud to accompany them on their journey toward a brighter future.
