Vietnam Manpower successfully recruited more than 50 meat processing workers in the second recruitment campaign for Marifor- the largest meat processing and supply chain in Romania.

Marifor is a brand certified as follows: ISO 9001:2008 and ISO 22000:2005. Its products are sold at Mariflor chain of stores located in Cluj-Napoca, Gherla, Dej and Huedin, but also through intermediary companies in București, Bistriţa-Năsăud, Mureş, Sălaj, Maramureş, Bihor and Satu Mare. Moreover, we distribute products through large commercial stores like AUCHAN and MEGA IMAGE. In regards to exporting products, Marifor covers different areas in England, Germany, France, Italy, Spain, Belgium, Cyprus, and Austria.

By the end of May 2019, Marifor Group had visited Vietnam to recruit 50 meat processing workers and team leader for their project. Being satisfied by impressive productivity from Vietnam workers, the representatives decided to increase demand for more than 50 employees in order to expand and speed up the running projects.

Thanks to the scientific recruitment process and the cooperation of clients, the interviews and trade tests have been implemented successfully.

First of all, the representatives chose candidates for the team leader positions. This position requires people with basic English speaking, so that they can work with staffs of the company and give instruction for Vietnamese workers carefully. Moreover, they are required to have professional knowledge and management skills to observe the work and to manage the team.

Next in the meat processing section, candidates must perform the operations according to the supervision of the employer and team leader. They all have a lot of hand-on experience in this field, so they all successfully complete the duties of the employer.

Thanks to the scientific recruitment process and the cooperation of clients, the interviews and trade tests have been implemented successfully.

All candidates passed the skilled test and they wanted to hire them all, add up to 50 workers in total. This result was beyond all our expectation and really good news to all Vietnamese workers here. He hoped that he they will work well together and achieve great success in Romania. Both sides were highly satisfied with the test result. The Romania recruiter was very pleased with Vietnamese workers’ skills and attitude. They also had a strong impression with the way Vietnam Manpower conducted the recruitment day and supported them.
