Cooperation between Vietnam Manpower and H.Montaze has brought Czech Republic more than 80 Vietnamese workers for construction and oil and gas field.

On the 10^th of July 2018, Vietnam Manpower and H.Montaze from Czech Republic conducted a recruitment campaign to select qualified workers for piping welder positions and piping welder as well which made it to be over 80 workers in total. The welders and fitters we provide are all certified by prestigious organizations like Certificate of Proficiency CSWIP, International Institute of Welding IIW, European Federation for Welding, Joining and Cutting EWF. Therefore, 98% of the candidates taking the trade test passed. The recruitment campaign is a success to both parties of Czech Republic and Vietnam.

H.Montaze is an established firm working in construction, installation, repair and maintenance of industrial facilities, power generation units and infrastructure field in Europe.In more detail, H.Montaze operates in the sector of structural steel delivery and installation, steel bridge construction, equipment installation, cranes and construction machinery rental and engineering and business activities. In addition to the domestic market - Czech Republic market, the company is increasingly focused on EU, especially in Germany, Netherlands, Slovak Republic, Finland, Sweden, Denmark, Poland, and in South Africa, Uruguay etc.

Owing to the fact that H.Montaze is doing many projects in diverse sectors and markets, the company always has a huge demand for workers which is the motivation for them to seek for a new source of qualified laborers overseas which can meet their working requirements. H.Montaze’s targeted labor market is Vietnam which has abundant human resources, good quality and lower cost.

On the 10^th of July 2018, Vietnam Manpower and three representatives of H.Montaze had organized a trade test evaluate the working ability of the contestants for piping welderss and piping fitters.

The trade test was conducted by three parts:

• Part one is foreman interview selection.
• Part 2 is piping welders selection.
• Part 3 is piping fitter selection.

 In the first part, each candidate for foremen position had an interviewed in English directly with the employer to discuss about their experience, their knowledge of the work and their teamwork management ability.

Session 2 is the test of the candidates’ welding ability based on their performance of the 6g pipe welding test.

Every step of this part was closely monitored by Czech Republic representatives. After that, final products were checked carefully by him before the last checking step which is cutting the welded joint open to see the structure, uniformity, air bubble accumulation inside the weld joints.

Last part is testing the fitter skills by steel bending base on the model diagram sheet provided by the employers.

The welders and fitters we provide are all certified by prestigious organizations like Certificate of Proficiency CSWIP, International Institute of Welding IIW, European Federation for Welding, Joining and Cutting EWF. Therefore, 98% of the candidates taking the trade test passed.

The recruitment campaign is a success to both parties. The recruiters from Czech Republic are very pleased with Vietnamese workers’ skills and attitude.
