TEC Group Company located in Romania was established in 2005, mainly active in the construction of buildings field. Besides, they also work in the field of metallurgical products, insulating and plastering products, construction and construction materials, PVC and aluminum windows and doors, car parts, insurance and radio.
In May 2018, the recruitment campaign between Vietnam Manpower and TEC Group was launched. Over 30 candidates have registered for the skill test in Hanoi which was inspected and given the result by the TEC Group representatives.
According to the latest feedback from the employer’s representatives: They were highly satisfied with Vietnamese workers’ skills and attitude along with the very fast, convenient and professional service and full support that Vietnam Manpower has provided throughout every steps of the recruitment campaign. Detailed information about the recruitment day:
30 candidates have joined in the skill test organized in Hanoi. The test was hold to choose the best Vietnamese workers in positions as Locksmith Workers, Team Leaders and Foreman for the Employer TEC Group. The selected ones will have chances to work for TEC Group located in Romania.

2. Employer clearly explained about the skill test activities, evaluation criteria and how they would give the test result.
3. Skill test’s steps
The test was conducted by testing the candidates about reading a technical drawing and teamwork to execute the drawing in 20 minutes. There were 2 groups: Group 1 had 2 teams, group 2 have 3 teams. Each team had 6 people including 5 candidates for Locksmith Workers position and 1 candidate for Foreman position.
The test was directly inspected and evaluated by the TEC Group representatives.
The test was very highly competitive, each candidate must work at their finest performance to be selected to the next round. Candidates applied for Foreman positions also tried their best to support the Romania employer by managing and controlling their team to fulfill the test requirement within allowed time.
After having the test result, they conducted interview part with some candidates chosen for Foreman position to select the most suitable one.
After a thorough testing process, TEC Group revealed the final list of selected candidates with the detail in number and positions as follow:
- Locksmith Workers: 26 people
- Locksmith Team-Leader: 03 people
- Locksmith Foreman: 01 person
Which make it to be 30 people passed the skill test in total. 100 % Vietnamese workers is qualified enough to be selected.
