1. Managers need to know all the jobs in the business. The most important responsibility of a manager is to train and support employees to do their assigned jobs well. If the manager does not understand the work of the department he is in charge of, he will not receive respect from the employees. At that time, employees will appear to be more knowledgeable than themselves, managers will have a feeling of lack of confidence, insecurity and tend to limit the advancement opportunities of such employees.
2. Respect employees. Employees will lose trust and enthusiasm for the company when their managers express no listening and disrespect to their opinions, and vice versa.
3. Do not complain and say bad things about former employees. Managers will certainly not be respected by their employees if they always complain about people who no longer work at their company. This is a taboo.
4. Proactively support to complete the work of employees if they are absent. When an employee is absent, the work of the rest will be affected and interrupted. The manager who actively completes the work of the absent person will help other employees do their job well, the day's work is no longer backlogged, and receive the appreciation of the absent employee.

6. Don't make promises without certaintly things. Do not arbitrarily promise promotions to your employees. After a period of waiting without seeing the boss fulfill his promise, the employee will no longer trust the boss.
7. Do not avoid, say bad things about employees. Employees are those who work directly, daily with the managers. Therefore, managers should not reveal that they do not like any employee and say bad things about that person to anyone. Whether you like it or not, you should still communicate and treat all employees equally.
8. Establish a commensurate salary & bonus . All employees feel satisfied and love the job when being treated commensurate with what they have contributed. If employees tend to look for new jobs because of better compensation, then managers should reconsider the way they are evaluated and rewarded.
9. Outside of work, everyone has a life. Therefore, the employee's permission to be absent due to illness of a loved one, dealing with private matters, etc. must be agreed, even though it more or less affects the overall operation of the business. The manager only needs to prevent when someone takes advantage of this.
10. Accept a flexible working regime when necessary. Sometimes, for suitable reasons, employees want to work on a flexible schedule (e.g. early arrival, mid-hour absence, make-up after everyone has left) and managers can be flexible active solution.
11. Accept comments and do not forget to give answers to the problem that the employee has proposed. Employees always have problems that arise and managers will solve them and must protect the private information they entrust. Managers will gain the trust of their employees when solving problems with reason, following a consistent, unbiased policy.
12. Being both a guide and a leader. Take the administrative role in parallel with leading your employees to get the job done. When they need to explain and illustrate by doing detail. This approach helps instill the employee's thought into the boss and the company.
13. On behalf of employees, but always protect employees. The manager helps employees understand and comply with the company's regulations and procedures. At the same time, always protect and fight for the rights of employees when necessary
