Today, Vietnam Manpower, with over teen-year experience in recruitment and HR management field will suggest 3 questions that you should set out with employees having work performance lower than your expectations, and their answers are also parts of the solution to help them improve their work productivity

1.  “Do you know why your work is really important?”

The question "why" always make people start brainstorming and particularly have great significance for the encouragement.

Let's draw a picture by explaining the circle consequences for employees to see the connection between their labor productivity for the task they are doing, their impact to the working group, organization, customers and of course their own impact, including salary and bonuses last year, the opportunity to participate in a new project group, demonstrating the superior leadership, the ability to promote, improve training opportunities, vocational skills and other special prizes.

       2. "Do you understand clearly the requirement of the work: what is needed to do and when to do?”

This question helps identify and analyze the correlation between the expectations of managers and employees.

The flaw in the awareness will lead to mistakes in implementing the work. Most errors in the result of the work can be prevented by thorough explanation about the detail of working requirement.

If managers do not take the time to help employees understand their duties to 100% as at the beginning, it will have to spend that much time to explain at the last moment when everything was broken.

Ensure that the two sides make clear about all the edges of the problem, from what, who, when, where, etc.

3.  "Do you feel being fully supported for the successful implementation of the assigned tasks or not?”

The answer will identify gaps in skills, knowledge and the means of support, since it will help businesses develop training plans, training and innovative tools that work for staff and the entire organization.

The task of management is to help employees to be equipped for success in the future. The corporate investment in employees is the ability to input and their work is excellent output.

Recruiting Talents is necessary but not sufficient. An excellent management will always find a way to mount the entire dedication and talent of all employees to strive hard for the success of the company or organization
