Employees with a good response, good skills will often quickly identify problems in the process, system, and product in the situation they are received. This is not only related to the employee's problem-solving skills, but also shows the candidate's qualifications and experience in the working process, the agility in grasping a certain problem at work.
3. When faced with a problem, how do you usually solve it?
We must know that problem-solving skills are most evident when candidates face real problems at work, how they will do it.
Obviously, active candidates will have a different way of dealing with problems than passive candidates. And a candidate who really knows how to solve a problem will present his answer in a clear, understandable way, and vice versa, if you have to hear an answer that is full of rambling, getting nowhere. That's not the candidate you're looking for!
