How old is your manager?

Managers may in many different ages. There are some people who are appointed in management positions at the age of 20, someone at the age of 30, the others at higher ages. Age gap in the management is one of the big obstacles.

You should also shows that you are not "aggressive". Or, in a similar situation, you should consider (emphasis on the word "consider") when ask: "Do you have any suggestion?", Or "According to you, what is need to be done? ".
